Service Opportunities

Explore the different ways you can serve the community together as a Community Group! Check back at the list of service opportunities periodically as they change throughout the year when new needs arise for our community partners.

2024 Summer Food Program

Every summer, Wimberley Churches, in partnership with Crisis Bread Basket and Barnabas Connection, team up to package and deliver a week’s worth of groceries to Wimberley ISD students so every child has adequate access to breakfast and lunch through the summer break. All the food is provided by Crisis Bread Basket each week, but we need Community Groups to help box the boxes for each week. If your Community Group would like to serve together, please fill out the form below and we will coordinate with you on a day/time that works best for both your group and Barnabas Connection.
